Terms and Conditions for Participants

All bookings made with The Coaches Training Institute FZC (CTI Dubai) by an individual person/group or firm/partnership/Company (“Client”) shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions found below.

AVAILABILITY

All bookings are subject to availability on the course specified.

DEPOSIT

For each course booked before 30 days of commencement, the full payment or a minimum deposit of AED 500.00/course should be submitted to CTI. In addition to the appropriate payment/deposit, a signed copy of these Terms and Conditions must be completed. A delay in completing these requirements can result in you losing your course seat.

PAYMENT

The balance for any course booked must be settled no later than 30 days before the course start. Payment can be made by cheque, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or bank transfer. Cheques should be made out to The Coaches Training Institute FZ-LLC.

Bank transfers must reflect who made the payment and any charges must be covered by you or your organization. Any shortfall in payment will need to be satisfied prior to the course start.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

CANCELLATION/NON-ATTENDANCE

In the event that you cancel or non-attendance you will be subject to the following charges:

Any cancellation of a course within 30 days will result in you incurring the full cost of the course. There may be exceptions in the case of extreme circumstances and/or medical emergencies at which point you may be asked to provide proof of the event. If you know that you may not be able to attend a workshop please advise us as soon as possible in order for CTI to try to work out a solution. Unadvised non-attendance of a course will result in your forfeiture of the course fees.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

In the case of Force Majeure or events out of CTI Dubai’s control, the company will do everything in its power to allow participants to complete their coursework as soon as possible.

TRANSFERRING COURSES IN DUBAI

If you would like to defer your seat to an alternative course, this can be done once without penalty provided notification is given no later than 30 days prior to the event. Deferred reservations are subject to availability in future courses. The administrative course change fee is AED 500/course.

TRANSFERRING COURSES INTERNATIONALLY

International course transfers are subject to approval from CTI Dubai and will be made in exceptional circumstances and on a case to case basis. There will be an administrative fee of AED 500 for an international course change.

CANCELLATION BY CTI DUBAI/GCC

CTI Dubai/GCC reserves the right to cancel or defer any course without prior notification. In the event of a course cancellation, CTI Dubai/GCC will not be liable for any costs incurred by Clients in relation to their attendance on the course.

USE OF CTI INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

CTI students may use materials presented during their course work, including materials on CTI’s Learning Hub, in their work with their coaching clients only. Any use of CTI Intellectual Property beyond one-to-one coaching is not allowed without the specific written approval of CTI.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

CTI reserves the right to refuse a student participation in courses and/or programs. In addition, upon the recommendation of both CTI Course Leaders, CTI reserves the right to remove from a classroom a student who is negatively impacting other students and/or the learning environment.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

CTI will acknowledge the receipt of any grievance or complaint within 2 working days with an expected timeline for a complete response. The response time will depend on the type of complaint and CTI may need to gather facts and information in order to be able to respond. CTI expects any complaint to have been handled within 1 week.

DISCLAIMERS

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile. Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

DELIVERY/SHIPMENT POLICY

www.theacoachesdubai.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event either party is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this Agreement because of acts of nature, strikes, equipment or transmission failure or damage reasonably beyond its control, or other causes reasonably beyond its control, such party shall not be liable for damages resulting from such failure to perform orotherwise from such causes.
